The analysis of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the pre-match warm-up at the elite football teams.

Title: Analysis of Qualitative and Quantitative Characteristics of Pre-match Warm- up in Elite Football Teams. Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze pre-match warm-ups in elite football teams from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Methods: The research sample consisted of top European football teams, namely Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, and Manchester City. Data was collected and retrospectively evaluated through video analysis. A total of four pre-match warm-ups were recorded during UEFA Champions League matches. The individual recordings were processed and categorized based on predetermined evaluation criteria. The selected categories were activation exercises, preparatory exercises, game-related exercises, small-sided games, and speed exercises. Evaluation criteria were established for each category, including total exercise time, number of exercises, and average number of repetitions per player. The criteria were compared among the different football teams. Results: The obtained results revealed both common qualitative and quantitative characteristics. Title: Training games in sledge hockey Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to apprise the reader with the game sledge hockey and to describe the functions of training games in the training process in sledge hockey. Further this thesis aims to analyze training games on real examples. Methods: The works character is research. The aim is to gather and organise information about sledge hockey and training games. The practical part of this thesis is based on indirect analysis, specifically video-analysis. The evaluation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14

Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Draft methodological procedures for training individual game activities in beach volleyball.

Title: Design methodologies for practicing individual game activities in beach volleyball. Objective: The aim of this work is to supplement and extend the methodology for practicing individual game activities and ways to hit the ball in beach volleyball. Create professional photographic documentation of transactions ( kilograms ), which will accurately record overall , but also detailed movement of the player in the gaming activities of individuals and ways hit the ball . Descriptions and documentation will also unify and consolidate technique for beach volleyball. Method : Based on the research of Czech and foreign professional literature on the topic , I will create a description of the techniques in beach volleyball. Another application of the method of data acquisition, which is among the qualitative method is a structured personal interview with the leading trainers beach volleyball . In the practical part I will focus on a detailed description of the technique and photographic documentation of each gaming activity, and the striking of the ball in the correct version, any variations or errors in technique will work described only in writing.
